If the OST is currently embedded with your unit, you can find their phone/email on the flyers posted around your work center, or reach out to your supervisor for the best way to contact them.
The OST typically includes a physical therapist, strength and conditioning specialist, psychologist, licensed clinical social worker, and team specialist to evaluate unit human performance factors. OSTs engage with unit members to improve resilience, and facilitate medical and mental health care when needed. The OST has rotational embedments with specified units using centralized data analytics to guide their interventions.
