62nd MXG Professional of the Week
An electro-environmental systems craftsman, Sergeant Coleman brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the office and strives to spread expertise whenever and wherever possible. Recently, he spearheaded a preventative maintenance initiative for C-17 Globemaster III pneumatic systems in the C-17 home station check process. The 90-day test has the potential to identify significant areas for improvement in the scheduled maintenance arena sparing thousands of annual man-hours and unscheduled maintenance time. Sergeant Coleman also organized and led a successful Paint Tacoma Beautiful project consisting of 12 members from quality assurance donating 174 volunteer hours in August. Her thorough knowledge and in-depth staff assistance visits have ensured the 62nd MXG maintains currency and compliance on all records. She also administers and coordinates suspenses, keeping the commander advised on all performance reports, awards, decorations and other requirements.
