We Care Resource Guide

Avatar

The We Care Resource Guide contains a working list of services and resources available to members of our military community. It serves as a reference for personnel, families, leadership, and supervisors. The guide is a needs-based format that allows you to choose and connect with a variety of available resources.

We encourage Airmen and their families to reach out for support for both themselves and others to improve wellness and overall quality of life. If you or someone you know is experiencing a challenge or looking to improve their overall wellness we recommend you explore the categories below to find a resource that best meets the specific need.

On Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM), many of the resources and services you may be accustomed to (at AF installations) are likely to be called by a different name. Team McChord Airmen and their families have access to services and resources offered across the joint base, to include those located on Fort Lewis and Camp Murray. For a list of resources and programs that can provide information, classes, and individual counseling to help you navigate life’s challenges, organized by need (e.g., Stress, Sleep, Parenting, Nutrition, etc.), please visit JBLM Resource Finder. For a full listing of installation services, please visit All Services: Joint Base Lewis-McChord.
