627th CES prolongs life of flightline

Melted tar is funneled out of a tube with a handle someone operates to stop and release the flow of tar into cracks on the McChord Field flight line, June 25, 2020, on Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Wash. Resealing cracks on the flight line prolongs its life and is quicker and less expensive in the short term than replacing whole sections of asphalt.
