"Technical Sergeant Branum leads two shifts with 36 military/civilian personnel and fulfills Master Sergeant-level responsibilities in the absence of the NCOIC," said Master Sgt. Eric Pieper, Jr., NCOIC Cargo Operations, 62nd Aerial Port Squadron. "He flawlessly led the cargo deployment facility as NOCIC during a recent mobility exercise. Additionally, he was selected as a subject matter expert to perform inspector duties for a 437th Aerial Port Squadron staff assistance visit as Joint Base Charleston in South Carolina, prepare for an LCAP inspection. During his time there, he lead members in accomplishing 200 evaluations in 72 hours helping the 437th Aerial Port Squadron Cargo Processing and Ramp Services Flight.
