Sixty-five years removed from unknowingly earning the Distinguished Flying Cross, Army Air Corps veteran Joseph Moser will be presented the Distinguished Flying Cross at McChord's Annual Awards Banquet Jan. 29 at the McChord Clubs and Community Center.
