62nd Maintenance Group highlights Airmen at LogFest 2015

JOINT BASE LEWIS-MCCHORD, Wash. --  The 62nd Maintenance Group hosted their annual LogFest Awards dinner, recognizing the highest performing maintenance and aerial port Airmen at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Wash., April 10, 2015.

The event highlighted Airmen that belong to the 62nd MXG and acknowledged the top performers for 2014's Air Force and Air Mobility Command. The top performing Airmen received awards such as the Charles E. Taylor award, the Crew Chief of the Year award, the Knucklebuster Award, AMC's Outstanding Professionals of the Year award, and the Leo Marquez awards.

During the night, the leadership not only awarded the top performers, but also took the time to thank the Airmen for being a part of the team.

The event included a social hour and a dinner along with the award presentation.

The event gave an opportunity for Airmen to socialize with their leadership face to face, in an informal setting.

This year, there were 31 award winners amongst the 62nd Aerial Port Squadron, 62nd Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, and the 62nd Maintenance Squadron.
