TOWNSVILLE, QLD, Australia -- Throughout Operation KENNY’S RETURN, pilots from the 535th Airlift Squadron, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, and Joint partners from the Joint Communications Support Element, joined the 7th Expeditionary Airlift Squadron to execute global airlift operations and communication abilities over Australia. The JCSE’s mission throughout OKR is to deploy a certified kit system for the C-17 Globemaster III that provides the pilots with real-time threat awareness and facilitates in-flight and ground station connectivity.
