JOINT BASE LEWIS-MCCHORD, Wash. --

Aircrew with the 89th Airlift Wing from Joint Base Andrews, Maryland, hosted a roadshow at McChord Field on Aug. 9. The goal of the roadshow is to recruit pilots, flight engineers, communication system operators, flying crew chiefs and flight attendants.

The 89th AW provides global Special Air Mission airlift, logistics, aerial port services, and communications for the president, vice president, cabinet members, combatant commanders and other senior military and elected leaders as tasked by the White House, Air Force Chief of Staff and Air Mobility Command.
