"As NCOIC of the preventative health assessment clinic, Staff Sergeant McGregor manages 4,5000 active duty health maintenance visits per year, sustaining a 98 percent compliance with health readiness reviews and helping to make Team McChord no. 1 of 12 bases in Air Mobility Command for medical readiness five consecutive months in 2010," said Maj. Mared Beling, 62nd Medical Squadron chief nurse. "As a hearing conservation technician, Sergeant McGregor contributed to the 62nd Airlift Wing maintaining a 94 percent occupational health completion rate for a year, exceeding the Air Force standard by 4 percent and safeguarding the hearing health of every Airman. Sergeant McGregor is responsible for 64 health services inspection criteria. His commitment to excellence in those areas directly contributed to the 62nd medical squadron receiving an "Excellent" in the recent Air Force inspection agency's health services inspection and Sergeant McGregor was coined by the AFIA Inspector General as an "Outstanding Performer."
