JOINT BASE LEWIS-MCCHORD, Wash. -- Eight members of the McChord Field Company Grade Officer Council delivered Valentines' Day cards made by second and third grade students at Carter Lake Elementary School to veterans at American Lake veterans nursing home Feb. 14 in Lakewood, Wash.
