History

The 62nd Services Squadron and 62nd Mission Support Squadron combined to become the 62nd Force Support Squadron on 19 June 2008. In 2010, Joint Base Lewis-McChord was established and the 62nd Force Support Squadron became the 627th Force Support Squadron.
