62nd Aircraft Maintenance Squadron Professional of the Week
When Staff Sgt. Robert Tingle is performing as a flying crew chief, he maintains all systems on the entire aircraft. This includes the normal everyday servicing and inspections, to troubleshooting of failed systems. While at home, Sergeant Tingle is the dayshift lead technician, coordinating all electrical and environmental maintenance needs for the C-17 Globemaster III. Tech. Sgt. Brain Bailey wears two hats. He is the NCOIC of supply and the UDM. Both jobs are extremely task saturating and his ability to do both flawlessly is no small feat. As the UDM he managed approximately 260 personnel movements and 40 tons of equipment in and out of theater in the last year alone. New 262nd NWS facility on McChord
