JOINT BASE LEWIS-MCCHORD, Wash. --

Team McChord Airmen and personnel with the 62d Airlift Wing and 627th Air Base Group launch the grand opening of The Summit Room at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Washington, Jan. 22, 2025. The Summit Room is a dedicated space for Airmen to focus on mental well-being. It is modeled after Sean’s House, a program based out of Newark, Delaware, and adopted by several U.S. Air Force installations. The Summit Room is a new mental health resource enhancing health, resilience and quality of life for our Airmen.
